You pay a monthly fee to keep a steady stream of authors scheduled for your company. The monthly subscription amount is based on the total number of events you would like per year.

Created and built around a book and author. We can happily create an event for a one-time fee based on promotional work you need from us and potential author travel costs.
Included in these costs are the following services:
- We keep in contact with designated members of your company to continuously offer you the most interesting, exciting and appropriate authors for your event
- We meet frequently with both regional and national publishers to coordinate author tours and schedules, and act as the point person between author, publicist, media, client and all parties involved
- Prior to the event, we assist you with the successful promotion of the event
- We order all books, CDs, tapes and/or DVDs for the event and arrange for the delivery of the items to the venue
- We staff the event with bookselling event staff, and bring all equipment necessary for the book sales and signing onsite
- We coordinate the author’s transportation, arrival and departure
- We act as a continuous resource for your company as an informed and connected link to the publishing community
